Yesterday I was able to see a Chevy Volt up close. My initial impression was that it looked better in real life than in the photos on the web. I like what I could see of the interior although the instrument displays looked like they were not the actual production displays. Instead it looked more like a preprogrammed demo display. The car looked like the first official Volt that was revealed back in September of '08. The car was roped off so you could not get inside of it.

I have to say that it does not look like a Prius and there is no way to mistake the two as some people have suggested after seeing the pictures on the web. It is much nicer looking than a Prius.
